Force Trajectory grew from a practical observation: the capabilities that make someone successful at one level of leadership are not always the capabilities that will make them successful at the next.
As responsibility increases, leadership becomes less about personal execution and increasingly about judgment, perspective, influence, developing others and creating organizational capability.
Force Trajectory was founded by Kiel Wilson, a commercial and organizational leader with more than 20 years of experience leading teams, complex portfolios and high-value commercial relationships across transportation, defence, manufacturing and commercial real estate.
Across different industries and organizational environments, the same challenge appeared repeatedly: capable people are often given greater responsibility without being given a deliberate way to develop how they operate at that greater scope.
