Kiel Wilson is the founder of Force Trajectory and a commercial and organizational leader with more than 20 years of experience across transportation, defence, manufacturing and commercial real estate.

Leadership across complex operating environments.
Over more than two decades, Kiel's career has spanned transportation, defence, manufacturing and commercial real estate—working across environments shaped by complex commercial relationships, significant organizational responsibility and competing operational priorities.
His experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams and organizations, managing complex portfolios and commercial relationships, advising senior executives and government stakeholders, and working through the strategic, commercial and organizational challenges that emerge as responsibility increases.
Across those environments, his work has consistently required more than technical or functional expertise: judgment under uncertainty, influence across organizational boundaries, the development of others and the ability to create clarity where competing interests and responsibilities intersect.
THE QUESTION
What happens between understanding how you need to develop as a leader and actually changing how you operate?
Across different roles and operating environments, Kiel encountered the same leadership challenge from different perspectives: as responsibility grows, the work increasingly shifts from personal execution toward judgment, perspective, influence, developing others and creating organizational capability.
The question was not whether leadership development matters. It was how developmental intention becomes part of everyday leadership practice.
That question became the starting point for Force Trajectory.

From question to practice.
Force Trajectory is an ongoing effort to build practical, disciplined ways for leaders to carry development into the situations where leadership actually occurs.
Its work currently includes The Executive Growth Journal, a participant-owned 90-day practice for individual leaders, and the emerging 90-Day Leadership Practice, designed for institutional and executive-development environments.
The work is deliberately evolving: grounded in leadership experience, informed by adjacent research and intended to be strengthened through disciplined application, feedback and testing.
